We ship orders Monday - Friday. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders received on Fridays will be shipped within the next 1-2 business days. Please be advised that international shipping delays can occur.
Customers are held responsible for paying all duties, taxes, customs fees, and other fees for their merchandise except of shipping cost.
After shipping, your tracking number will be notified to you via your sales representative and by e-mail. After we receive your order, our customer representatives may contact you to confirm the product and size you have selected. For this reason, it is important that your membership information is complete and correct. All your products will be delivered to your door/office through our contracted logistics companies.
